Measure the existing U-bolts

Add each different U-bolt size needed. Measurements are submitted with this quote request.

  1. D — Rod diameter: measure the thickness of the threaded rod.
  2. W — Inside width: measure between the inside faces of the legs.
  3. L — Inside length: measure from the inside top of the bend to the end of the leg.
  4. T — Thread length: measure the threaded portion of one leg.

No U-bolt measurements added. Add them if you would like U-bolts included in the quote.

Measure the removed U-bolt. Do not reuse old U-bolts. Johnson Spring will confirm the bend, material, thread, fitment, and final length before manufacturing or supplying replacements.
